In accordance with 34 CFR § 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D), the University of Nebraska–Lincoln makes available the materials used to train its Title IX Coordinator, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates the informal resolution process. This page lists trainings completed by employees on or after August 14, 2020, the effective date of the 2020 Title IX regulations, and is maintained in accordance with the required seven-year retention period.
