Materials Used to Train the Title IX Coordinator, Investigators, and Decision-Makers

Following Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 106.45.10.D, the university maintains the materials used to train the Title IX Coordinator, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates the informal resolution process and makes them publicly available on our website. Our website lists trainings attended on or after August 14, 2020, when the 2020 Title IX regulations took effect. We are required to maintain records of trainings for seven (7) years.
