B is for Barriers

Are you interested in ensuring that your programs, communication methods and materials are accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities?

B for Barriers focuses on accessibility of electronic resources such as documents, webpages, and multimedia products. We will go through a presentation that not only delivers the material—but also demonstrates accessible design in action. The training will provide you with a big-picture understanding of accessibility on campus and in university programs, common barriers that individuals experience, and strategies for removing those barriers.

No advanced software or programming experience is required. This training focuses on core accessibility concepts that anyone can learn and apply.
